Today, with the rapid economic development, people on the product quality requirements are more stringent. A single motor-driven mechanical equipment has been unable to meet the actual needs, and gradually replaced by multi-motor-driven equipment. In order to improve the efficiency of such equipment, it is necessary to adjust the speed of each motor to achieve synchronization. Therefore, to enhance the multi-motor control system synchronization performance, the current production, life and modern industrial development can play a propelling role.The multi-permanent magnet synchronous motor control system designed in this paper is composed of 3 motors. In the course of the operation of the motor will be subject to varying sizes of disturbance, resulting in the deviation of the motor speed,can not complete the synchronous operation. In view of this problem, this paper uses genetic fuzzy PID control algorithm to adjust the speed of each motor, so that the motor speed in any case can be stable at the rated value. As the genetic fuzzy PID control has the characteristics of fast adjustment speed and high control precision, So you can effectively ensure that the motor in the system can run at the same speed.The system can automatically adjust the state of each motor according to the load changes, and the control precision of this system is high. The whole system has a high synchronization accuracy, reduce system failure rate, improve work efficiency, so it has a broad industrial application prospects.
