In the consumer demand-oriented modern product design, how to effectively combine the product design with the aesthetic perception and preference of the consumers is a problem urgently required to be addressed. For this reason, this study comprehensively analyzes and researches neural aesthetic, Kansei engineering, product design and relevant theories, in order to help designers effectively use and further meet the aesthetic needs of the consumers again the products. During research, the digital camera is taken as an example to combine the sensory nerves with the golden section method and the method of Kansei engineering is used to infer and explain that the products with golden section will better meet the aesthetic needs of the consumers again the products, In addition, this study also conducts aesthetic evaluation towards the products. Fourfoldtable and contingency table in chi-square test are applied to conduct detailed data analysis against relevant product form elements from the perspective of female and male, as well as analyze relevant elements of the products such as material, color, shape, etc. As chi-square test is a kind of hypothetical application in classification statistic with clear and ordered experimental process, on the basis of digital camera relationship betweeneach factor and consumer aesthetic preference study shows that:with the golden section proportion products more in line with the aestheticpreferences of consumers, but the factors related to other products will also affect the consumers have the golden section proportion of out productsselection, which provides designers with an understanding of the demandfor consumer.
