Research On Project Safety Management Of Construction Based On Vulnerability Theory

Safe production is related to economic development, social stability and happiness of family events. Although the vocational safety and health in construction industry has made some achievements, the situation of safety-construction is still severe; Prompt solution should be given to the problem of construction safety management to the state, department in charge and enterprises.The situation of safety management at home and abroad was studied comprehensively, which is to point out that research on safety management and project safety management is important. Based on analyzing the characteristics of the construction project, the major safety accident types and their characteristics were summarized, and the accident-causing theory such as the accident causation sequence theory and the energy transfer theory was introduced, whose deficiency in solving problems of project safety were discussed. From the viewpoint of system theory, combined with the vulnerability theory, the occurrence mechanism of construction project accident based on vulnerability theory was proposed to explain occurrence mechanism of the high falling accident, the collapse accident, the struck by objects and the electric shock. Through the study of the mechanism based on vulnerability theory, the basic reason of construction accidents was the vulnerability of the safety management system. From the viewpoint of system structure, the analysis method of vulnerability to system based on HHM model was established. Taking a project as an example analyzed the safety management system vulnerability. According to the principles, an evaluation index system of vulnerability to safety management system was firstly established, and a vulnerability evaluation model based on Vague Set was constructed. Three projects in Hangzhou belonging to a large construction enterprise were taken as the research object for empirical research. From the angle of project safety management system, Combined with the result of vulnerability analysis, the safety control measures were proposed to reduce vulnerability to system, to improve the safety level of construction project and ensure the safety of life and property.
