With the rapid development of the Internet and hardware in the information age, and the growing popularity of intelligent terminals, technology equipements based on a combination of hardware and software continue to emerge. Smart Home appeared in this context, while constant improvement of interactive experience is also increasingly become the topic of pubic and the subject of designers. Situational lighting integrated with the concept of smart home become a focus while a variety of new interact and experience are invented.With these opportunities mentioned above, the research focus on the interaction of a situational lighting device with audiovisual integration, on which it explored the application and effectiveness of a semantic-based interactive design idea.First, this paper will analyze the current situation and development opportunities of situational lighting. Based on the user’s perception mode of color and music, it examines the mode from the semantic clues, analyze the relationship between feature, emotion and semantics, build modes accordingly, and elaborate the concept of semantic grammar-based interactive content. Then designs the interaction method of Ambiscene lighting system with audiovisual integration, and produces three different forms of interaction strategy corresponding to the semantic features from low-level to high-level and different grammar structures. Finally, it obtains user experience feedbacks through testing of the lighting systems based on the interaction of the three forms.On the basis of the study, I designed a LED light sourced, lighting and music integrated intelligent situational lighting equipment and an remote control Android app, through semantic-based interactive mode. The lighting systems is designed to satisfy the user’s emotional needs, and create a rich atmosphere at home based on the audiovisual integration. User can directly feel the immersive atmosphere by searching and selecting the scene mode in line with the current mood. Finally, I propose design ideas and outlooks on a more intelligent realization of the situational lighting system.
