In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s automobile industry China’s car ownership increased dramatically. According to the statistics department data show that China’s private car ownership to20%annual growth rate, far faster than the rate of economic growth. At present, China parking management common problems are:the driver can not quickly find a valid parking space, vehicle safety is quite obvious. Parking operating costs and maintenance costs are high, the paper studies intelligent parking management system to solve the above problemsFirstly, according to the function requirement analysis, the overall design principle of the system is determined. Choosing RF card for the management medium, adopting wireless sense network based on ZigBee agreement for the communication network of the system, the overall structure of the parking lot management system is designed and the procedure of entering and exiting the parking lot for the fixed users and temporary users is introduced in detail.Secondly, a parking lot structure model is established. With view to the shortestparking path problem, the principle of the best parking space is determined and the parking lot path network is abstracted to the issue of the graph theory. Therefore, the actual problem is converted into the shortest path problem in graph theory. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several algorithm, dijkstra’s algorithm is selected for the car parking induction algorithm. Choosing a parking space for example, the dijkstra’s algorithm principle is presented in detail. In order to solve the actual problem, a little change for dijkstra’s algorithm is maken in the paper. Through the programming simulation, the corresponding shortest path of each parking space is solved.Finally, lighting control system is also a subsystem of the intelligent management system. Combined with the parking lot structural model, lighting control IV subsystem is designed for overall. Through the planed lighting control strategy, it can realize intelligent control of each lighting circuit.Using computer as its control platform and synthesizing digital image processing technology, knowledge of genetic algorithm, database technology, automatic control and test technology, the system effectively grapples with the problem of low efficiency and poor safety.
