Railway transportation plays an important role in the development of national economy, the running speed of the train tracks continuously upgrade, pavement flatness is an important guarantee for safe operation of high speed railway. Rail straightness laser tester is capable of achieving track maintenance and lay special instrument and process, to ensure the flatness is important. Rail straightness by laser measuring instrument of frequency modulated laser17.5KHZ as the test light source, a signal conditioning circuit and single chip processing circuit, which has important application for rail straightness, large radius of curvature test. Rail straightness laser tester can replace similar imported equipment, products, complete functions, superior performance, has been applied in railway construction and maintenance etc..Rail straightness two-dimensional laser detector using PIC Series MCU microchip company as the main controller design, light intensity through the silicon light battery in four quadrant accepted amplification, filtering, rectification and normalization of driving motor for two-dimensional oriented flatness measuring, this paper discusses the working principle of two-dimensional rail straightness laser tester the analysis of the composition principle, hardware circuit, software design idea, design flow and control algorithm are analyzed in detail; at the same time, describes the basic scheme of product PCB design, the product installation and debugging in detail, the function of the product meets the design requirements, high-tech products are light, machine, electricity binding.
