Energy feedback traction power supply device can work as an inverter, rectifier, or var compensator. When it is operated as an inverter, it can solve the issue of train regenerative braking energy effectively; When it is operated as a rectifier, it can supply traction power capacity, to a certain extent, inhibiting DC voltage drop when the train is pulling and improving quality of power supply; When it is operated as a Var compensator, it can solve problems of the low power factor of medium pressure ring network in centralized power system. Therefore, energy feedback traction power supply device has a broad and brilliant prospect.This thesis introduced structure and principle of energy feedback traction power supply device; especially discussed the integration technology and engineering application of energy feedback traction power supply device applied in urban rail traction power supply system. The main work is listed as follows:(1) Describes the composition and features of energy feedback traction power supply device, as well as four-quadrant operation principle and control methods.This Converter uses the typical dual loop control strategy:Outer voltage control and inner current control.Pulse width modulation technology use SVPWM with the pulse phase control to cancel the switching frequency harmonic.(2) Do some research to enhance technical capacity of energy feedback traction power supply device, optimize the AC inductance, achieve the test technology, pressure absorption technology and the key monitoring and diagnosis technologies, improve the overall performance of the device. And complete the prototype of energy feedback traction power supply device.(3) Complete the research of integration technology and engineering application of the energy feedback traction power supply device.For different functional applications, energy feedback traction power supply device has three integrated applications: Completely replacing, Partial substitution, Independent addition. This paper takes the Independent addition for an example, and gives implementation of the integrated system capacity configuration, interlock protection and system monitoring, which can be an important technical reference for the popularization application of the traction power supply.(4) Complete the basic functional verification, data collection and energy-saving operation effectiveness analysis in the on the second phase of Beijing subway line10.
