In the case of today’s society growing traffic problems have become a barrier to further development of the society a big Gordian problems. Every year all over the world because of traffic problems under tremendous loss. Therefore, the development of intelligent transportation systems, intelligent transportation system improvements has become a major issue in today’s society imminent.Intelligent Transportation System data collection, sent directly determines the performance of the entire system. Most of the existing network sensors require the laying of a large number of lines, expensive maintenance costs and in harsh environments where it does not work properly. Existing data coding method is difficult to adapt to many data broadcasting, especially in the case of a great number of the receiving side, can not guarantee that the data is not accurate, is the need for retransmission. These data collection issues with sending areas has become an obstacle to the development of intelligent transportation system is a major problem, to be solved.This paper introduces a new sensor networks to improve data collection methods new battery and wireless sensor network technology, computing and wireless communications capabilities, low-cost, feature-rich and simple debugging through it can be applied to the old Intelligent Transportation system, both to cut costs, but also improve the system performance. Wireless sensors can be used in a variety of areas including parking lots, roads, including the detection, which are involved in the article. This paper also introduces a new algorithm, making the collection of data through a small sensor will be able to more accurately predict future traffic conditions somewhere. Meanwhile, the proposed use of OD matrix when no preset data forecast data. The method can also be used in the improved calculation of the optimal position of the sensor. This paper also introduces an adaptive sensor-based control of traffic lights which is opposed to the traditional methods of traffic performance has improved significantly.His paper introduces a new coding method to improve the efficiency of data transmission.
