| The discrete-clamped elastic plate structure with multi-concentrated mass is widely used in the fields of mechanical, electronic, aerospace, etc.Dynamic parameters are determined through the dynamic characteristic analysis, which can provide important design parameters for reliability analysis, fault diagnose, optimal design and dynamic model modification of the system respectively. In this paper, the dynamic parameters of the discrete-clamped elastic plate with multi-concentrated mass are analyzed with analytical modal analysis, finite element method analysis and experimental modal analysis, the completed study as follows:The first, establishment of discrete-clamped elastic plate structure with multi-concentrated mass mathematical model. With the help of related theory of elastic plate bending and law of conservation of energy, vibrating energy function is created according to the analysis of physical structure of discrete-clamped elastic plate with multi-concentrated mass. Then the equivalent change is done by trigonometric function, the first-step modal of vibrating energy function of the discrete-clamped elastic plate structure with multi-concentrated mass is deduced.The second, analytical modal analysis of discrete-clamped elastic plate structure with multi-concentrated mass, amied at the indepth influence and study of model frequency with variety mass on elastic plate. Combined with Rayleigh-Ritz method, fundamental frequency of elastic plate structure with multi-concentrated mass with four bearing points and with eight bearing points can be obtained,then fundamental frequency of elastic plate structure without multi-concentrated mass can also be obtained the factors impacting the fundamental frequency of discrete-clamped elastic plate structure such as material characteristics, clamped manner and the size and layout location of the concentrated mass is analyzed.The third, with the solving ideas and modeling methods of the finite element method, the ANSYS finite element software has been used to make the modal analysis of discrete-clamped elastic plate structure without multi-concentrated mass. Comparing with the result of analytical modal analysis to prove the analytical model is correct preliminarily.The fourth, according to the basic theory of experimental modal analysis, establish the test platform, the experimental modal analysis for the discrete-clamped elastic plate structure with multi-concentrated mass can be achieved, Comparing with the result of analytical modal analysis to prove the analytical model is correct. |
