Zhangshuanglou mine grid belongs to large industrial and mining enterprisesinternal grid, as part of the distribution network, its large scale. At present, the internalgrid generally manage their own internal power sector, the in Zhangshuanglou miningarea in recent years due to their business bigger and stronger, good momentum ofdevelopment energy need, regardless of the quantity and quality put forward higherrequirements. Compared to enterprise development in terms of scale and speed, however,and investment funds and personnel, equipment, devices obviously can not keep theproportion of which appear a contradiction with the urgent needs, if unchecked, may beconstrained to the enterprise development prospects.Based on the literature and the investigation,and under the background of theEnterprise Grid, this paper summarizes the characteristic, status and problems ofZhangshuanglou Mining Grid. By using the PSASP which studied by the power ofscientific research institute as the tool,the power flow is calculated by Newton method;under the typical load curve、capacitance input and transformers tap changing conditionin the practical operation of Zhangshuanglou power grid, loss is analyzed and reactivepower is optimized; Zhangshuanglou Mining Grid is analyzed based on Immune GeneticAlgorithm, then the prioritization scheme is raised.The optimization scheme given by this paper has been proved to be feasible,and hasbegun to be implemented in practice. It can give some practical advices forZhangshuanglou Mining Grid in some degree and can be used for reference to othergreat enterprise grid.
