The progress of science and technology leads the life toward intelligent andenergy-saving. Now along with the advocacy of the concept of conservation-orientedsociety and sustainable development, the huge value of energy saving and environmentalprotection have been widely accepted by people. In the field of hot water engineering,electromagnetic energy hot water supply system which possesses much incomparableadvantages has become an unstoppable trend to replace traditional hot water supplysystem. Therefore, the induction heating power supply is introduced into the hot-watersupply system. On the basis of the analysis of energy and its advantages anddisadvantages of energy such as solar energy, air, electromagnetic energy to the hotwater supply system. Meanwhile, A more in-depth study in the field of hot waterengineering is made on electromagnetic induction heating control system design and itsapplication. From the point of the maximum energy-saving, solar energy is introducedinto the control system of hot water supply system. The system have used dual powersupply and MPPT maximum power tracking for aimming at achieving greener, moreenvironmentally friendly, more energy efficient.The paper aims at exploring a new wayof thinking and practice mode for the electromagnetic induction hot water supplysystem.The detailed description of the overall design is given in the first section as well asthe working principle of the energy-saving electromagnetic induction heating power, theworking principle of the MPPT and the analysis and selection of the adjustable plan.Then, the paper based on the requirements of design, the specific hardware design andsoftware design are accomplished and the labview is used to design a PC interface toimplement the digitization and networking of the entire system. The proposed methodprovides a more flexible way to control energy-saving heating power in plants, bathcenters, schools, hotels, hospitals, etc. Finally, under the existing conditions in thelaboratory, MATLAB is used to make the simulation and confirmation for the systemand the hardware circuits are built to make experimental test.
