Due to the improvement of people’s awareness of ecological and environmental protection,pollution-free heating methods have been widely used.As the core technology of pollution-free heating,induction heating has become a current research hotspot.This paper takes the electromagnetic induction heating device of the thermal energy storage heating system as the research object and has done the following research work:First of all,through a large number of related literatures,the research results of electromagnetic induction heating at home and abroad are summarized,and its current problems and deficiencies are pointed out.On this basis,the overall structure of an electromagnetic induction heating device suitable for thermal energy storage heating system is proposed.The electromagnetic induction heating control circuit is designed.According to the working principle of the topological structure of the selected rectifier circuit and inverter circuit,the parameters of the induction heating power supply suitable for 50 k W/14 k Hz are calculated.Secondly,in order to improve the heating efficiency of induction heating,a new induction heating body structure is proposed,and the specific parameters of the heating body are designed.And use ANSYS-Maxwell software to simulate the eddy current field of the induction heating body,and determine the structure material of the heating body through the surface current density.At the same time,the eddy current loss of the heating body is obtained,and the inductance value is calculated.The comparison and verification of the proposed structure is better than the single-tube heating structure.Then use the ANSYSFluent module to simulate the temperature field.By observing the temperature of the water outlet,comparing the temperature of the water outlet to see whether the double-tube heating structure is better than the single-tube structure.Thirdly,according to the calculated induction heating power supply parameters suitable for 50 k W/14 k Hz,the circuit is built and simulated in Matlab-simlink software,and the operating characteristic curve of the circuit is obtained to verify the rationality and feasibility of the heating power supply design.Then design the hardware and software of the induction heating power control circuit,select the STM32F101VBT6 chip as the main control chip,and design the basic peripheral circuits,including control circuits,protection circuits,and communication circuits.Wrote the flowchart and software code of the software program.Finally,an experimental platform for the induction heating system is built,and the designed electromagnetic induction heating control circuit is experimentally verified.The experimental results show that the designed control circuit has a better control effect.
