To this end, this paper Ganzhou certain auto parts manufacturing company synchronizer gear sleeve surface quenching process requirements,Impact on gear sleeve of induction heating process and its change are analyzed in numerical simulation, optimization of induction heating mode, the power parameter optimization,induction heating mode contrast, heating energy consumption of building gear sleeve models,On this basis, optimum design of gear sleeve for induction heating power supply.This paper based on the electromagnetic heat coupling theory, the analysis of the basic principle of induction heating, choose the suitable induction heating process of numerical simulation method, established synchronizer gear set in optimum heating mode of the finite element three. dimensional model, the temperature distribution of teeth and energy efficiency are analyzed in the numerical simulation research, the feasibility of the induction heating model for the optimization design to provide the basis.Secondly, through the optimized variable parametric numerical simulation of induction heating mode analysis verify the heating frequency and current intensity on tooth set of the influence of heating temperature and heating efficiency, and the specific heat parameter optimized design. On the basis of optimized parameters, the traditional heating mode and optimize heating mode are compared, and numerical simulation of induction heating process by tooth set of axial and radial section temperature distribution of cloud, set of temperature distribution and inner spline tooth hardened depth comparison study, showed that the optimized induction heating mode to better ensure uniform heating the outer gear sleeve,addendum and the cogging temperature difference is small, the heating time is short, etc., to ensure that the tooth surface quenching sets requirements and energy efficient.Finally, according to the parameter optimization, set the induction heating power supply experiment platform, from the main circuit, the hardware circuit and software control scheme are analyzed in reasonable design, and through the MATLAB/simulink module structures, the simulation model of induction heating power supply, the simulation is obtained under different resonance frequency of maximum output power and load current size, through comparing with the parametric finite element optimization, to verify the correctness and feasibility of optimizing the parameters of power design.
