The Seismic Performance Simulation Analysis Of The Irregular Of Structure Castle Hotel Of Dalian Considering The SSI Effect

More and more irregular structure appears in people’s lives, because building forms andmember arrangement are irregular, which will produce the serious destruction in the earthquake; Now the seismic design method is based on rigid foundation assumption as precondition inbuilding seismic design code. But a lot of earthquake damage experience and theoretical studiesshow that it don‘t correspond to reality, and even sometimes it is not safe. Being based on thepractical engineering-the Castle Hotel of Dalian, this paper makes use of finite element analysissoftware---ADINA. This paper considers that the interaction between soil and structure underthe effects of earthquake forces may be produce harm and conduct comparative analysis withwithout considering the interaction between soil and structure.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the development history and research status of theirregular structure and soil-structure interaction by a lot of literature; Introducing three kindsmethods of the soil and structure interaction, the substructure method, lumped parameter methodand the finite element method, analyzing of their respective advantages and disadvantages; Andstudying the relevant theoretical knowledge according to solving the problem in this paper, including: the classification of the Irregular structure; the time history analysis method of theirregular structure; the relevant content of the irregular structure’s torsion; the concept of the soiland structure’s interaction; elastic plastic’s theory, introducing three kinds of standards, yieldcriterion, hardening criterion and flow criterion; the studying of the soil constitutive relation,emphasis on the analysis of several elastic plastic model’s using range, and it provides atheoretical basis for selection soil in the hotel numerical simulation analysis.This paper obtain that the hotel in the earthquake will produce the torsional phenomenon bythe modal analysis according to a large number of reference literature and reading relevantmaterial; It will have a great impact between considering and without considering the interactionbetween soil and structure by the comparative analysis of their top floor displacement, the topfloor acceleration, various envelope curve and the stress (shear force and axial force and bendingmoment) analysis of the structure column member. And through inputting the unidirectional andbidirectional seismic wave analyze their causes different hazards results, and take measures toreduce the harm.
