This paper based on the working principle and characteristics of sniperscope with the comprehensive analysis, proposes light stress and temperature stress reliability test methods and completes the overall design of reliability test equipment.In the design of infrared stress system, respectively adopts the normal blackbody and metal plates to simulate infrared background and target,and achieves a quantitative and standardized output of infrared background and target.To meet the requirements of large view field test,and consider optical system transmittance and imaging quality,the light tube using transmissive optical system design.Temperature stress system design using programmable alternating type high and low temperature box which is program-controlled,the changes of high and low temperater stress can be programmed to control according to the testing process,in the design of windows,using the design of automatic constant temperature control heating window and air convection heating,and solves the frost problem of germanium glass monolayer window,improves the infrared radiation transmittance.Monitoring and recording system achieves images acquisition and processing and system control management. This reliability test equipment provides more objective and scientific test environment for the assessment of sniperscope,it has great significance for improving reliability test ability and in-depth research.
