In modern time, the rapidly development of large diameter remote reflection system, it becomes an essential part of no matter in aerospace, but also in daily made. Diameter remote become larger and larger, brings out sustain construction problem. This text focused on large diameter remote reflection system, comprehensively apply calendar technology, three-dimensional modeling technology, finite-element analysis technology and so on, put forward a new steel belt reflector sustain construction. This design apply to caliber range in Φ200~Φ600mm reflector sustain. It can achieve±5°pitch adjustment, minimum micro momentum sustain in1", supported by the reflection mirror form error less in λ/10. Through three dimensional modeling technology design construction, find out interference phenomenon. Use finite element to analyze technology, to support the reflector form and the mechanical structure of support way to analysis and calculation. Reach a conclusion that meet the technical index of the diameter is Φ600mm reflector supporting structure.
