Currently, at home and abroad in many countries have developed a variety of military training simulator,such as for driver training, maintenance training, war training and shooting practice, as well as battlefield command training.However, vehicle-mounted machine guns correction training is still in a shooting range conducted. Correction in tanks with live ammunition, this is not only time-consuming, there are security issues, the most important thing is not economical.Therefore, developed the training simulation system, and correction training conditions for vehicle-mounted machine gun.In this paper, based on an extensive analysis on arms fire training simulator, make full use of the multidisciplinary optical, mechanical, electronics and computer technology, researched and developed of vehicle mounted machine guns correction training simulator.The overall design of analog control systems on-board machine guns,designed of real-time data acquisition hardware circuit constituted by the AVR hardware platform using Altium Designer6.9,and the application of LabVIEW software programmed to handle this data,LabVIEW as a programming language,designed interactive interface of the host computer,receive lower machine multi-channel data collection.At the same time, designed by software timesharing to query each channel pulse signal,by further processing and real-time display of results,patrol the completion of the24-way optical pulse signal acquisition, the results are displayed on the host computer.
