Electronically controlled automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) is one of the automatic transmission which can realize automatic shift by electronic control traditional dry clutch and manual gear transmission. Due to inherit gear transmission inherent advantages of high efficiency, compact structure, reliable operation and achievement both manual and automatic mode choice, so it is reliable and adaptable and its application is becoming more and more widely. Because of its importance and complexity of technology, AMT test research of both at home and abroad is still in the further. Establishing AMT comprehensive performance test rig for AMT comprehensive performance test is an important way for promoting the development of the technology of AMT. In order to promote development of electronically controlled automatic mechanical transmission, data acquisition and processing system based on LabVIEW and Infineon microcontroller,which was designed for AMT test bench in this paper.In this paper, the main research content is as follows:1. Design of AMT data acquisition and processing system hardware. Mechanical system is introduced in the article, which includes power source, transmission parts, load device. Electronic control system includes main control chip, sensors, frequency converter, programmable controller,which is design in this article. Finally, design the program of RS485 and CAN bus communication data acquisition.2. Development of AMT data acquisition system software. The design of landing system, feature selection, data acquisition program is based on LabVIEW. Data acquisition program is divided into RS485 serial communication and CAN bus communication program design.3. Programming design of AMT data processing system.The design of data extraction, displayed waveform, spectrum analysis and waveform filter program is based on LabVIEW. Many measures are introduced in this paper which reduce the noise interference signal processing in the whole system.4. Performance test and data analysis of AMT automatic transmission. Develop test plan and do start test, shift testing, performance testing of the gear transmission and the transmission efficiency test.The data results show that the test scheme is feasible and the AMT data acquisition and processing system is stable and reliable operation.
