Production scheduling relates to rational resource allocation, according to productiontargets, environmental status and production plan, the resource allocation should obey theconstraints as much as possible. Coupling production line scheduling which is based oninventory environment can optimize the utilization of warehouse, increase the efficiency ofassembly line, and provide optimum proposal of production scheduling for enterpriseswhich own the associated facilities. Therefore it is of great significance both in theory andreality to analyze production scheduling of stations and transmission coupling, under thecondition of inventory constraints.In allusion to the features of serial production line of station and transmissioncoupling, the flow shop scheduling model is built on the bases of Max-algebra; heuristicdynamic programming algorithm is applied, the validity of the algorithm is analyzed withresults of real cases. The structure and procedure of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the paper introduces the fundamental configuration of serial production line ofstations and transmission coupling, including stereoscopic warehouse, stackers,transmission chain, processing stations and so forth, thereafter presents the analysis ofproduction process.Secondly, the paper studies production scheduling of station and transmissioncoupling, builds the Max-algebra model of coupled flow shop scheduling, the modelconsists of no buffer flow shop and buffer flow shop.Thirdly, this paper proposes to optimize scheduling through minimizing the sum ofprocessing time; this proposal is based on the flow shop scheduling model. And this paperworks out solutions of the buffer flow shop scheduling and no buffer flow shop schedulingrespectively with method of heuristic dynamic programming algorithm.Then this paper studies the production scheduling of station and transmissioncoupling, and authenticate the validity of heuristic dynamic programming algorithm. Finally, this paper preliminary designs the optimum control system of productionprocess for serial production line of station and transmission coupling, which includes thefunctional structure of the control system, algorithm of the model, monitoring interface ofthe system and so on. Integration and optimization of both functions and algorithm arerealized.
