Smes Of The Mechanical Workshop Production Scheduling Research

Job shop scheduling is vital for manufacturing, it has a significant effect on manufacturing management and control system. The current status of scheduling and manufacturing management is analyzed, including equipment layout, equipment capabilities, manufacturing types, scheduling and management mode, etc. Advantages and disadvantages are discussed. The rebuilding scheme of workshop is brought forward based on group technology in term of manufacturing status in Foshan Constant Hydraulic Machinery Company. Efficient Scheduling methods are discussed in order to shorten manufacturing period , decrease the number of online parts and manufacture proportionally. Main parts such as main-board, pillar and cylinder are studied. Petrov桯am algorithm and other algorithms are introduced. The algorithm of group technology combining with heuristic rules is put forward. The system model of scheduling is set up and program is given in Delphi4.O based on group technology. The groups of classic parts are the objects which have verified the feasibility and practicability of scheduling system, furthermore, the scheduling charts are output and the efficiency of machines is calculated and displayed.
