With the development of production technology,the scheduling problem has become more and more complicated due to the increasing practical limitations to be considered.The multiobjective dynamic scheduling of spacecraft processing workshop is a key issue in the production scheduling of aerospace flexible workshops.The multi-objective dynamic scheduling problem is also an important extension of the flexible shop scheduling problem.It is more suitable for the needs of modern manufacturing systems.It is of great theoretical significance and engineering practice significance to address multi-objective dynamic scheduling problems.This paper presents the multi-objective dynamic scheduling problem based on the spacecraft processing field.The main contents are as follows:The characteristics of aerospace products aerospace production are explained.The research status of multi-objective dynamic scheduling of flexible production lines in recent years is summarized.The corresponding mathematical models and constraints are established according to the specific conditions of a certain aerospace workshop.A solution is proposed for multi-objective and dynamic scheduling problems.The problem of flexible job shop scheduling is studied by using the GSGWO and other heuristic algorithms.By comparing the results of simulation data,the optimal choice of heuristic algorithm for dealing with multi-objective dynamic scheduling problem is determined to be GA.An improved genetic algorithm based on priority coding is proposed for the aerospace production scheduling model,and the corresponding Matlab code is designed.The corresponding functional design and overall design were completed to meet the requirements.The J2 EE architecture integrating Spring and i Batis were used to design the interface,and the database design was completed.Finally,the simulated operation of the multiobjective dynamic production scheduling system for aerospace products was designed.The results show that the design goals have been achieved.
