Research On The Model Of Gray Correlation-unascertained Measure In Construction Bidding Evaluation

The bidding system is a common mode of the construction project in theinternational and domestic construction engineering project, its important characteristicsare open, fair and just. It can make participants behavior more standard and safe,effectively guarantee the quality of the engineering and significantly improve theinvestment benefit of construction projects. Bidding evaluation is the most importantpart of construction project bidding activities, the result plays an extremely importantrole in the whole project implementation. Based on the analysis of influencing factors, thearticle applies the gray correlation degree to simplify indicators in order to establish acomprehensive and reasonable index system.Then, building a evaluation model ofunascertained measure,comprehensively evaluate the tendering units. The introductionof entropy weight enhance objectivity of the evaluation model and make the evaluationresults more objective and reasonable.Finally, example proves the feasibility of thismodel.
