Throughout the world, the construction industry belongs to one of the most dangerous industries, building and construction safety situation is very serious, so improving construction site safety management, protection of employees and property of great significance.In this thesis, by comprehensive information entropy, AHP, as well as the unascertained measure theory, combineing with construction site safety management features built based on the construction of the unascertained measure on-site safety management evaluation model.Because the index system of construction site safety management evaluation is not complete, In this thesis, constructing the comprehensive evaluation index system, including safety management, safety management system, civilized construction site, safety, safety education, labor protection, outside the sub - Package management, and construction conditions, construction supervision of an evaluation of a total of nine indicators, institutions and responsibilities, target management, construction design, branch (sub-) project safety technical tests, such as 44 two indicators. This thesis on-site security during construction management evaluation, first, using information entropy theory to calculate the weight of two targets; second, using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to calculate the target weight; third, calculating safety management evaluation index system by the theory of unascertained measure. The construction site safety management evaluation model principles based on non - uncertain measure is clear, simple and easy to operate, and in dealing with the uncertainty factors affecting loss of less information than the fuzzy mathematics, the process is simple, more practical and reliable. In an evaluation of construction site safety management evaluation results show good agreement with the actual situation shows that the model has a certain value.
