It is suggested that, the assembled concrete structure has obvious advantages ofsaving material, reducing the energy consumption, being benefit for theenvironmental protection,improving the quality of construction,shortening theconstruction period,increasing productivity and synthesis economic efficiency andpromoting the construction of industrialization. On the other hand, Seismic isolationtechnology is one of the most innovative means in the field of earthquakeengineering and structural engineering. It breaks through the traditional strategy ofpassive seismic design method, which is a more active philosophy of structuredesign. Application of advanced seismic isolation technology into the modernfabricated structure, not only to adapt to the growing requirements of the degree ofcommercialization of our residential, but also to meet the need to continuouslyimprove the seismic safety of the owners of residential products, which representsone of the important development direction of future residential construction, withan important historical meaning and a broad market prospect.This paper put forward a newly-assembled seismic isolation connection,whichis suitable for assembled concrete structure. The connection still has a certainstrength and stability in the rare earthquake action, which ensuring the safety of theisolation layer. Base on the studies both here and abroad, there are carried out moreexperiment and theoretical studies for seismic performance of the assembledconcrete structure. Content can be summarized as follows;1.The design of assembled connection. This paper designed two kinds ofassembled proposal and made four half scale models, including three assembledconcrete connections and a cast-in-place concrete which is used for contrast. Thispaper introduced design and production process of specimens, meanwhile the testprocess and phenomena have a detailed description and preliminary analysis. 2.Research on seismic performance of the assembled connection. Four testspecimens were tested under revered low cyclic loading, and through test to researchseismic performance of assembled connection, failure mode cracking, hystereticcurve, skeleton curve, Stiffness degradation curve, ductility performance andenergy dissipation capacity of assembled connection are studies. The result of thetest and analysis show that assembled connection can have good seismicperformance by reasonable connection.3.Theoretical analysis in contrast with experiment. The thesis analysis ofassembled connection for the simulation of skeleton curve through finite elementsoftware ABAQUS, the result of the simulation were almost consistent with theresult of test. By the simulation results, failure position and failure patterns ofconnection is almost the same with the test result, which is demonstrated therationality and accuracy of model. The numerical simulation results of ABAQUS,Providing a basis for structure test load.The newly-assembled seismic isolation connection studies in this paper haveexcellent seismic performance to meet the requirements of seismic design. Thisstructure can be widely used in seismic regions, having a broad applicationprospect.
