Prefabricated buildings are a new direction for the research and development of China’s construction industry.In the prefabricated building,the prefabricated components are mainly connected by the grouting of the sleeves,which is the key part of the assembly type and also the core technology.In the past studies,there have been many studies on the mechanical properties of the sleeve joints,but little research has been done on the effects of the sleeve joints on the structure and components.In this paper,the frame structure using semi-grouting sleeve is taken as the research object.The model is established by ABAQUS software.The validity of the model is verified by comparison with the test cast-in-place frame structure.On this basis,the sleeve connection is used in the model and considering The difference between the size and the constitutive relation and the reinforcement is studied.The internal force distribution,displacement deformation,hysteresis and failure under the action of low-cycle repeated loading are studied to provide a basis for the optimal design of the assembly.The main research contents include:(1)Establish a model of beam longitudinal reinforcement using a sleeve connection and analyze its influence on the structure.The results show that the sleeve makes the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the frame structure slightly lower;when the sleeve is placed far away from the beam end,the impact on the concrete compression and tensile damage in the structure is small,but the beam end is pressed.Plastic strain has a large influence.When placed closer to the beam end,the compression damage on both sides of the sleeve,the beam-column joints and the column end concrete is aggravated,but the tensile damage to the concrete is less affected.(2)When the longitudinal reinforcement at the bottom of the column is connected by a sleeve,it has little effect on the ductility and bearing capacity of the frame structure,but has a great influence on the energy consumption capacity;it intensifies the compression damage of the concrete at the bottom of the column,and increases the beam end,The plastic strain of the column bottom and the beam-column joints.When the sleeve is arranged at the same time on the beam and the column end,the influence on the tensile and compressive damage of the concrete is large.(3)In the steel frame,the position of the steel sleeve joint is thickened,which reduces the stress of the sleeve joint in the skeleton and has little effect on other parts of the steel frame.
