A vibration machine is a type of machine that utilizes vibration principle to work, which is widely applied in industrial and agricultural production. Traditional vibration machine includes resonance machines and non-resonance machines. Resonance machines have the advantage that the exciting force is smaller, while non-resonance machines have the advantage that the amplitudes are more stability. But both the two kinds of vibrating machines have the same imperfection that the effect of vibrating isolation to the groundsill is bad. The anti-resonance machine is a late-mode machine, which is based on the anti-resonance theory that when working at the anti-resonance point, the vibration amplitude of the vibrating isolation system will be the minimum with the work body having a appropriate work amplitude. Anti-resonance machines have more superiorities than the traditional ones, and become a research hotspot at home and abroad.This paper studies the anti-resonance machine, applying anti-resonance theory, then obtains dynamic equations of the anti-resonance vibration machine, and gets the parameters that affect the amplitude stability such as anti-resonance frequency ratio, quality ratio, dump ratio. And then these parameters’effects on the amplitudes’stability are simulated by computer, which provides a reference for the selection of anti-resonance point of the vibration machine. By the research to anti-resonance machine, driving point anti-resonance vibration sieve is designed, and the Virtual Prototyping machine is also designed in this paper.Virtual Prototyping design is modern designing method, and it may carry out the checkout and valuation on the product fabrication, assembling etc. And it may also carry out a test on the equipment performance under work. This job can make the new product construction cycle short, risk reducing, investment falling off, and work efficiency enhancing. Then, applying the software of Pro/Engineer carries out visualization design and assembly of component; using MATLAB carries out analysis of performance on anti-resonance vibrating screen, which study amplitude changes of the anti-resonance vibrating screen when the quality of materials fluctuates, exciting frequency changes, exciting force deviates from the center of mass under a certain distance etc; making use of ANSYS carries out finite element method on anti-resonance vibration sieve.The computer simulations and the ANSYS analysis indicate that the designed anti-resonance sieve can meet the needs of design on amplitude stability and structure intensity. This study proves the rationality and feasibility of vibrating sieve designed according to anti-resonance theory, and it offers the academic foundation for the design and application of anti-resonance vibration sieve.
