The electro-hydraulic proportional leveling system of the working platform with thedomestic aerial work platform is not perfect. There are many technologies to be perfected.Based on this, the author proposed some new design ideas for the proportion ofelectro-hydraulic leveling system. The author establish the mathematical model of theelectro-hydraulic proportional leveling hydraulic system making use of Power Bond Graph,and simulation study using MATLAB. Based on AMESim and ADAMS co-simulate theelectro-hydraulic proportional leveling system, and reach a new method to establishco-simulation model including mechanical, hydraulic and control system. By analysis of thesimulation results, obtained the pipeline laws of the aspect ratio on the dynamiccharacteristics of the system, and provides a theoretical basis for electro-hydraulicproportional control system long pipeline parameter selection. This paper main contents are asfollows:(1) According to the various leveling system operating principle and range of applicationcomparative study, analysis of the operating principle of electro-hydraulic proportion levelingsystem and draw its development advantages.(2) Based multi-body mechanical system dynamics theory, analysis kinematics anddynamics of the aerial vehicles lifting arm, and dynamics simulation using of ADAMS. Staticanalysis the leveling mechanism, and build mathematical model of the electro-hydraulicproportional hydraulic system with long pipe using of the Power Bond Graph.(3) According to on power bond graph, drawn mathematical model of the levelinghydraulic electro-hydraulic proportional system with long pipeline, and simulate themathematical model using MATLAB, and draw out the step response and ramp responsecurve.(4) Using of AMESim and ADAMS establish co-simulation model the electro-hydraulicproportional leveling system containing mechanical, hydraulic and control model. According to analysis of simulation results, obtain piping material, pipeline length to diameter ratio, loadsize and speed of the arm on the dynamic characteristics of the system investigated.
