Presently, aerial work platform is one of the machinery equipments, that is in numberand types of many engineering machinery, and has been widely used in architecture,landscape and municipal construction and management. The working platform is the maincomponent that is used for loading personnel and material. In order to ensure the safety ofpersonnel and material, the platform must ensure that it’s always in a horizontal position.With the increase of altitude operating vehicle height, on the working platform levelingsystem performance requirements will be higher. This paper is mainly in the32metresmixing arm type high-altitude working vehicle as the research object, uses electro-hydraulicproportional level way to complete the design of leveling system on work platform, andaccording to the structural parameters using Simulink software realizes the simulation of flatwork platform system, proportional analysis.The main contents are as follows:(1) It introduces common level of the working platform leveling system, and analyzesthe working principle and characteristics of leveling system. Through the comparison ofvarious level mechanism for regulating and analysis of TJB320type aerial work platform, itgives a common level of the working platform leveling system.(2) Though the analysis of the aerial work platform leveling structure and mode, thehydraulic system composition was determined, rendering the hydraulic principle diagram,leveling system of the hydraulic element type is determined by the calculation.(3) By the analysis of the leveling function of working platform, it designs the controlsystem of electro-hydraulic proportional leveling, selects relevant sensors, designing controlprogram. In order to improve the advanced system design and operate related function easily,the vehicle control system uses advanced PLC (EPEC) control method, and communicationadopts CAN bus mode. And it completes the control system software program, and achievesthe work platform of electro-hydraulic proportional control function.(4) Through the study on hybrid arm type high-altitude operation truck electro-hydraulicproportional level system, leveling system of mathematical modeling and simulation model,simulate the leveling system work process, provide the basis for parameter selection for theassociated control. On the Matlab (Simulink) software is used for the simulation, and analyzeits stability.(5) According to the analysis results and the measured data, the hydraulic system and thecontroller are correct, which can meet the needs of practical system.
