Themain research of this content are:(1) Analysis of existing automotive design of finite element analysis process,from the finite element model, components, materials, and the definition of theattribute to the determination of the final analysis model, during a parse operationcumbersome and miscellaneous research using a scripting language improve theefficiency of modeling and finite element software secondary development tools.(2) For CAE analysis of automotive design which is relatively mature, such asstatic analysis, normal moods analysis, transient analysis, and frequency responseanalysis, the study of existing methods of operation, the development of processautomation systems, on the one hand, the existing engineering experience cured inworkflow system, on the other hand will analyze the workflow, and minimizeunnecessary cumbersome operations, improve the efficiency of the work of the CAE.(3)Use the door subsystem for example, apply the process automation system,checking a mini front side door sagging stiffness, free modal typical operatingconditions.
