Our predecessors have done a lot of reseachon the enery-saving, the basic idea the y have tried is to use multi-pulse rectifier,cophase counter paralle l connection technolo gy,and take measures to reduce rectifierpower loss, they want the energy cons umptio n in the electrolytic cell for thereduction o f meta l ions as muc h as possible. This artic le is base on gree n andenergy-saving DC station project, a synthesis e nergy saving theory and new methodof the large-power rectifier system is present, ma inly to study the optimization of thesystem parameters. This paper stud ies the system parameters and its researchs are asfo llows:At first, this paper analyzes the develop ment status o f the domestic andinternationa l power rectifier syste m, and then introduce the new rectifier syste mwhich is d ifferent fro m the troditiona l nerwork side filtering s ystem, and introducedthe basic princ ip les of the new rectifier system, and compare the three commo nrectifier regulator trans former, then give the reason o f choosing on-load-tap-changingauto transformer.Then, this paper focuses on the one of the syste m parameters to optimize theauto transformer and trigger ange l to change the syste m vo ltage leve l, and optima ltrigger ange l range in the mumber of different regulator stalls both of the traditio na land the new rectifier trans formers, comprehens ive consideration of the power factor,then put forward that the trigger ange l coverage1.5times of the range of vo lta ge, andresearch on the industry prob lem on s hortage of the rated stalls, the n come up with anstudy of nonlinear regulator range of vo ltage, and established a model based ontheoretica l research and simulate three cases of the trigger ange l leve l.At last, this paper study another important syste m para meters: the shor c ircuitimpedance range selection. Considering to prevent o ver vo ltage and to prevent inrus hcurrent, the paper come up with a se lect flowchart of the short-circuit impedance andthen s imulate on a single-phase rectifier syste m. |
