Through the above analysis shows that, it is necessary to create a reasonable structure and be trained with regularity of the tugboat fleet, also is the request port to maximize each type of tugboat in the tugboat scheduling process, also cannot horsepower matching chaos, do a good job co scheduling tugboat and berth in this context in order to ensure the safety of ship can enter the channel and berth, port production efficiency, can reduce the use cost the tug, and indirectly reduce the hired tugboat enterprises in the completion of operation cost and improve the tugboat enterprise competitiveness in the market, so it plays an extremely important role in the protection of the tug and berth in port handling daily continuous operation, is an important topic worthy of study.In this paper, in order to solve the optimization problem of collaborative scheduling tugboat and berth, firstly, the background and the significance of the research, including the research status at home and abroad with the scheduling problems associated with the tug and their research methods and inadequate analysis; then on the dock, dock, wharf concept function of main equipment, tugboat operation system the tug and berth, collaborative scheduling characteristics are described in detail; analysis of various factors in the process of ship berthing tugboat assistance in after effects with the parallel machine scheduling problem for comparative analysis, assume the premise, the model parameters and the constraints that must be satisfied, set up similar to the parallel machine scheduling the tugboat and berth scheduling model; evolutionary algorithm embedded local search function to solve the mathematical model established, and gives the specific rules of individual coding method, evolutionary algorithm recombination, mutation operation, evaluation target, local search strategy; finally, in order to validity of the model and the algorithm of test scheduling, several numerical experiments were performed on basis of random data, results show that the proposed scheduling optimization The model and algorithm are effective.
