Daily work in the automotive vehicle transmissions will play a large role, andtransmission work environment is complex and varied. What transmissions forautomotive vehicles use the work efficiency, driver and passenger ride experience hasa great impact, and the car’s exhaust emissions and pollution of cars on theenvironment have a direct relationship with the gearbox. AMT transmission in thetransmission compared to the manual operation of a step transmission and ATtransmission has many advantages, the TCU AMT transmission is one of the maincomponents, because the actual conditions, the TCU hardware detection on the mainor the use load box to be detected. But the use of load box detection of human factorswill have an impact on the test results, and the detection process complicated. TCUdevelop an automatic detection of the hardware test system is particularly important.In this paper, using Freescale MPC5634microcontroller as the main structure of theload box, TCU can be achieved on most of the functionality of fully automated testing,simplify the detection process, and can provide a reliable test for the TCUexperimental basis.
