The Research On Art Of Architecture For Luxury Catamaran Yacht

With the rapid development of Chinese economy，yacht as a kind of luxury has beenknown more and more profoundly. Corresponding, the development of yacht industry inChina is also very influential. But at present many yacht manufacturers rely too much onforeign technology and design and independent research capacity is insufficient. Relatedenterprises, research institutions, educational institutions for yacht modeling study are evenfew.The purpose of this paper is to study the catamaran yacht. The article starts from thearchitecture art theory, and put forward the characteristics and art law of catamaran yachtmodeling. Design with the example of a particular form of luxury catamaran yacht, andexpected to draw on some significance conclusion which could guide some of the similar typeof yacht design by the in-depth design and research on various visual elements of the yachtmodeling. The main work is as follow：(1) Analyzing the yacht market demand and yacht architecture art theory. Starting fromthe catamaran yacht market profile analysis, resolve market demand. Then combine with thearchitecture art theory, make further research of luxury yacht architecturalart aestheticcharacteristics and put forward the isomorphism phenomenonbetween yacht architecturalartand land yacht architectural art，by researching the form aesthetic and technology aesthetic ofyacht modeling design.(2) Making a research analyst on luxury catamaran yacht appearance design andpotential users. Firstly, analyze the history and development of catamaran yacht, and concludeits sort, feature and style. Then make an analysis on the users of luxury yacht and read theirconsumption concept and consumerpsychology, and sum up function demands of luxuryyacht from the specific users.(3) Starting by holistic linear analysis and combined with yacht architecture art theory.Then enter into each part of linear form and feature of catamaran yacht. Then sum up thefactors of fitting-out arrangement and the characteristic of yacht regional planning.(4) Use the theory above to instruction the practice project design. Synthesize theinvestigation and theoretical study for the project design. Establish specific scale luxury catamaran yacht design scheme, and finish the final project. Finally, confirm it’s useful byusing the luxury catamaran yacht building art theory while application on yacht design.By finishing the researches above, enhance the theory of luxury catamaran yachtarchitecturalart, and the research on the various elements during the catamaran yachtmodeling design.
