In this article the author calculates and studies the resistance characteristics of thesupercharged boiler and analyses the effect of heat recovery on the exhaust resistance andcharacteristics of the supercharged boiler according to one type of supercharged boiler,based onsimulation calculation of resistance characteristics of heat transfer component and by the meansof3-dimension simulation.It can be theoretic guide to the optimization of deployment of heatrecovery equipment for the supercharged boiler.As the key resistance components,different3-dimension calculational models are set up forthe opening-cut finned tube,normal finned tube and naked tube to confirm their border conditionand analyse the flow field,temperature field and pressure field and get different outer roundingflow field and local resistance tendency.Through comparing and analyzing in-line and staggeredtube bank,the local resistance characteristics is opened out.A3-dimension model is set up based on a compact heat-recovering equipment ofsupercharged boiler to conduct the numerical simulation for cold and hot state flow inside theequipment and confirm its characteristics of flow and local resistance.The gas resistancecalculation is conducted according to this structure of model and the law of gas resistance is setup.Based on one-type the supercharged boiler,the law of effect of heat recovery on exhaustresistance of the supercharged boiler is studied. The result shows that adding heat recoveryequipment will increase the local resistance but it drops the temperature of gas and the resistanceof the whole system drops.The exhaust system with different resistance has different resistancebalance points.Lower exhaust temperature means that the exhaust resistance drops more and theefficiency of the supercharged boiler increases.
