The high speed and heavy loading of railway vehicles make the dynamic interactionbetween the vehicle and track even more significant. Only a profound understanding of thevehicles track dynamic effect, to research and design a more stable operation, operation moresafety of railway vehicles, and at the same time to avoid the damage and loss caused by thehigh speed and heavy loading of the vehicle. Therefore, further study of the problem, hasbecome a very urgent work.Based on C80B gondola car as the research object, using the finite element analysismethod and multi body dynamics theory, dynamic response of the track low joints andeccentric wheel under the incentive of C80B gondola car is studied, specific for the followingaspects of work.(1) Based on the physical and structural characteristics of each component of C80Bgondola car, determine the processing method of the nonlinear contact in gondola cars,established the multi body model of C80B gondola car.(2) Based on finite element analysis method, the finite element model of car body isanalyzed in modal analysis and substructure, to establish a multi-body model of C80Bgondola car, considering body flexible.Compared with the multiple rigid body model of thegondola car, to analyze the influence of body flexible on the dynamic performance of C80Bgondola car.(3) Based on the theory of aerodynamics, to calculate aerodynamic force on railwayfreight cars, and to establish a multi-body model of C80B gondola car considering the air flowfield.Compared with the multi-body model of gondola car, to analyze the influence of theaerodynamic force on the dynamic performance of C80B gondola car.(4) Based on the influence of body flexible and aerodynamic on gondola car performance,to optimize the gondola car model.
