At present, China's railway trucks are progressing in high speed and heavy load direction, Datong-Qinhuangdao special railway lines for carrying coal will travel T30,000 heavy haul trains on the basis of traveling T20,000 heavy haul trains. Since we carried out high speed and heavy load, the C80B vehicle car body welded structures appeared fatigue crack damage, so the fatigue problems of vehicle structures become one of the key factors for upgrading vehicle equipment technology and raise new requirements of test and design for car body.There is no content concerned on the design of fatigue strength in the specifications of vehicle car body structure design in our country, with Car body Analog Line Loading we can obtain fatigue property data of car body welded structure, and it will have great significance for upgrading our country's design level of vehicle car body structures.This paper take the C80B-General gondola car body as the study object, processed the load/stress-time history data and carried out the rain-flow counting on the basis of the dynamic stress test of the T20,000 heavy haul trains, then compiled the stress spectrum of measuring point of car body, load spectrum of floating and sinking, longitudinal load, roll load and torsional load. On the basis of ANSYS finite element analysis software, a finite element model of C80B car body was set up. Then, on the condition of floating and sinking load, longitudinal load, roll load and torsion load, the car body was calculated and got the connection between the load and stress of the measuring points. Next, chose the test data of Datong to Qinhuangdao in Jun,2009, respectively calculated damage using stress spectrum and cumulative damage using every load spectrum to the measuring point, and verified the validity of the load spectrum through compare and analysis. At last, removed the load history that make little or no contribution to damage with the theory of welded structure fatigue damage to concentrated the load-time history data, and verified these concentrated load spectrum using measured stress spectrum.
