With the social and economic development, China has entered the era of great development of science and technology. The development of railway trucks is also on the direction of high speed and heavy load. At present, Datong-Qinhuangdao special railway lines for carrying coal has opened 20000 ton heavy load train. However, since the development of high speed and heavy load, C80B truck body's key welding structure damaged on many occasions because of fatigue fracture, that has brought our national economy huge losses.At present,fatigue damage of truck body has become one of the bottlenecks of restricting our truck equipment and technology development. China's current structure of freight car is constructed by wleding parts,its fatigue data is obtained by Car body Analog Line testing.Qiqihar Rail Transportation Equipment Company is going to construct the Car body Analog Line.The Car body Analog Line is measured in laboratory conditions,it can reproduct the truck body's stress - time history, then get the fatigue performance data for truck body effectively, at present, the Car body Analog Line has not yet measured the truck body load and the corresponding stress data.This paper take the C80B truck body as the study object, according to C80B data in the Datong-Qinhuangdao line load testing(stress testing, truck body and bolster's acceleration testing,vertical load, longitudinal load, rolling load,and torsion load of C80B truck body testing);based on the analysis of measured data obtained in all the main points of the stress load test and its quantitative impact of stress between measurement points; verify the typical working conditions of C80B truck vehicles body of the relationship between acceleration and load; calculate the equivalent acceleration of the car body, and its value to do with the EN 12663 specification verified by comparing the body acceleration data for the feasibility evaluation of truck body fatigue; reference to EN 1993 standard, with welded structure fatigue damage theory, we calculate the damage of each measuring point stress values and life expectancy; with C80B body welding structure and measured load spectrum to determine the vertical load, longitudinal load, rolling load and torsion load of the fatigue cut-off limit, remove fatigue damage below the cut-off limit load - time history, "enrichment" to form the payload of each time course load, and further established a simulated spectrum and the simulated load fatigue test stress load test calibration standards.
