Building a new center square in the eastern of MaWeidistrict., it not only helping to enhance the level of city development，but also improvingthe environment of city. This is the starting point and purpose of the project.This article showed the necessity of this project by starting from the backgroundand the significance of the project, also learning the progress of feasibility research inthe domestic and foreign.After analysed the status quo and the conditions of the project, this article make acomprehensive planning firstly, and declare the objective and design consideration of thisproject, also carry out plot planning and reckon the tourism environmental capacity.Secondly, the article proceed the sectorization, scheme design and preferred choice, andcontinue to the optimization the design had chose. Then finish a series of programmesuch as building projects, electric engineering, water supply and sewerage works,landscape engineering, at last complete the technical feasibility analysis technicalfeasibility of the project.The centeral plaza landscape projects in MaWei city is an non-profit and publicprojects, meanwhile landscape gardening project feasibility study is still in thedevelopment stage.
