| By the analysis of the characteristics of production process and process crisis of the landscape animation, researching why the crisis occurred and how to eliminate it and then construct the production process model about it. On the basis of actual cases, analyzing the definition and application methods of the comprehensive test and delivery the five steps in the process model, which including the definition of problems, requirements analysis, program definition, feasibility analysis and the detailed design and comprehensive testing. The innovations include the design for the demand analysis model and then explained the application and instructive; to estimate the progress animation by designing the engineering network diagrams, the conclusion of the optimization design methods and standards of a series of periodic task such as modeling, rehearsal, landscape animation and rendering at the detailed design stage. By the analysis about landscape animation project management loopholes and symptoms, the thesis presents a landscape animation project management methodologies, including project management, quality management, risk management, time management, and the communication management and the organization structure are expounded.This study accomplished the conception of application about landscape animation project production, avoided the crisis and created the health conditions for the functioning projects under the constraints and guidance of production process model and project management system. |
