Along with the development and speeding up of modern social life rhythm, ourcountry’s construction industry is also rapidly development together. High-risebuildings and super-tall building in city construction widely rise. The subjects of thehigh-rise buildings are relatively scale. Then the load that passed to the upper of baseis also very big. So, the choice of basic types is very important. It can adapt to theupper structure, and should meet the requirements of several indicators like theintensity and the deformation and stability and so on. The pile foundation has highbearing capacity. These characteristics make the pile foundation widely used inhigh-rise buildings.How to improve the bearing capacity of single pile well to adapt to the needs ofthe upper structure is a goal that people are trying to achieve, and the geotechnicalengineering problems which should be solved urgency.Based on prestressed pipe pile, the author offered a new type of pile—stingingprestressed concrete pipe pile, which can solve this problem well. This articleintroduced in this construction equipment, construction technique and constructionprocess. It pressed the concrete rectangular thorns that be embedded into the body ofpile into the soil to increase the bite force between pile and soil this principle, toimprove the bearing capacity of single pile by workers into the pile or theconstruction equipment to replace. Comparing with the piles before, the amount of theconcrete reduced, the engineering cost is low, the construction equipment is simple,and the convenient construction procedures.The author simulates and analysis the stinging pressing concrete pipe pile whichsets single row thorn, two row thorn, three row thorn, four row thorn by the ANSYSfinite element analysis softsware. Establish finite element models and calculate thebearing capacite of single pile under the same load. Compared with commonprestressed concrete pipe pile, the pile which set single row thorn, two row thorn,three thorn, four thorn, the dearing capacity improves9.01%、15.1%、21.2%、27.5%.But when the space of two rows is small, the bearing capacity of the upon thorn decreases. In reaction to the phenomenon, the author and the arrangement ofthorn is improved. The author improves the arrangement of the thorn. Propos anotherthorn decorate of the pile body–wintersweet stinging prestressed concrete pipe pile.This pile of upper and lower adjacent two rows of concrete blocks is staggeredarrangement, just like wintersweet piles. For restricted by external conditions must beset, small spacing of pile to prick the load-bearing role into full play.
