With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of the national economy,the construction of traffic infrastructure is also in full swing.A large number of bridges have been built,including bridges across the sea and across the river.Bridge pile foundation,pile cap and pier are required to carry out the construction work in the anhydrous environment.Steel sheet pile cofferdam as a water isolating device of the bridge structure construction in the water as possible,therefore,the steel sheet pile cofferdam cross bridge river construction at home and abroad has been widely used.With the increase of its use,underwater construction is more dangerous,and the safety of steel sheet pile cofferdam has been paid more and more attention.Based on the construction of the steel sheet pile cofferdam for the piers of the super large piers of the river,the finite element simulation of the cofferdam construction process is carried out,and the two construction methods used in the project are compared and analyzed.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The calculation and analysis methods of cofferdam in engineering are introduced in detail,including free support method,equivalent beam method,elastic curve method,vertical elastic foundation beam method and other traditional calculation methods.In addition,the most commonly used finite element analysis methods in recent years are introduced.(2)The construction content,engineering geological conditions and general design of the steel sheet pile cofferdam of the piers of the special bridge of the irrigation River are introduced.The equivalent beam method and finite element method are used for checking and numerical simulation analysis.The ANSYS modeling process is introduced in detail,and the construction process model is simulated.(3)The construction technology and process of steel sheet pile are introduced in detail.In this paper,two different construction sequences are adopted in the construction of steel sheet pile cofferdam.Combined with the two different construction methods,the finite element software is applied to simulate the construction process of cofferdam,and the stress and deformation of cofferdam under different construction sequence are analyzed.The analysis results provide some reference for the design and construction of similar engineering steel cofferdam.
