| In recent years, with construction tends to be more large-scale, more complex and more diversified, the organization of construction project also tends to be multi-level, wide range and intricate. Especially in China, the exist management level of project organization has already lagged behind the dramatic speed of project construction, and has brought some negative impacts on it. In order to improve the management level of project organization, more and more civil engineers and management scientists begin to focus on this problem. Under this circumstance, the concept of coordinated management of construction projects is one of the most important theories for the research of construction project. It is this outstanding theory that blazes a new trail of discovery and development of construction project.This paper combines the idea of coordinated management with the theory of information flow, and found a integrate system of project organization. By means of modifying the classic communication model of Shannon, this paper discovered an information flow model that applicable to project organization. The model aims to discuss the management of organization by information flow.In the process of modeling, this paper contains many aspects of theory, such as Information Flow, Information Entropy, ANP, Probability, and so on. To make sure the model is easy to understand and calculate, it also applies many different technologies and methods. In order to collect reality data, the paper sends out several kinds of questionnaire, invited various experts to determine each single data. In order to discovery a precise set of possible factors, the paper establishes several criterions, includes the general criteria layer (contains the timeliness, the quality and the capacity of information), the sectional criteria (contains the information source and sink, information channel and noise), the element layer (contains Three-Dimensional Grid Model) and the project layer. In order to acquire valid consequence, the paper combines the methods of ANP with Information Entropy. At last, the paper cites a case to verify the feasibility and practicality of the model. |
