Research On Information Integrated Management Of EPC General Contracting Project Based On BIM

Under the background that the country vigorously promotes the general contracting model of projects,the EPC project management mode,as the current domestic and international mainstream general contracting mode,is an important trend in the development of the construction industry in the future.The traditional EPC project information management mode generally has the problems of lack of integrated management system,unclear information communication and coordination interface and low information level,which leads to low efficiency of information management and fails to give full play to the advantages of integrated management of EPC mode.The unique advantages of BIM related technologies and concepts in project information integration and processing can provide scientific tools for the integrated management of EPC project information.This paper studies the information integration management of EPC project with the help of BIM technology.Through the construction of the information integration management platform,an information sharing mechanism is established between different participants and different construction stages of the EPC project to improve the efficiency of information transmission and provide new ideas for the promotion and development of EPC project information management and EPC mode.Based on the analysis of the conceptual connotation,characteristics and information management characteristics of the EPC general contracting model,this paper combines it with BIM technology and theory,and clarifies the necessity of integrated management of EPC projects by means of information.By analyzing and modeling the information flow of different participants of EPC project in different construction stages,the object,information management workflow and information transfer mechanism of EPC project information management are defined,and the requirements of information integration in the whole process of EPC project construction and information management in each stage of project construction are summarized and sorted out.On the basis of information management needs analysis and combined with relevant theories of information integration management,this paper proposes an EPC project information integration management method,which uses BIM related technology to integrate product information,constructs information management through external database,and collects and shares information through the development of information integration management platform.And from the construction of ideas,implementation technology and other aspects of information integration management framework design.According to the platform framework,the secondary development technology of Revit was used to create the design information integration management module of Revit platform,and the user and family parameter management panel was designed,so that the integrated product information in BIM model could be fully utilized and shared.Establish SQL Server database,realize the interaction between BIM model and SQL Server database information with Revit DB Link and ODBC data source,based on SQL Server database,Visual Studio 2017 development tools and ASP.NET development language are used to develop the information integration management platform.The platform interface is designed to facilitate project managers to add,delete,edit,modify,publish and other information management operations,so as to realize the query,sharing,transmission and storage of EPC project information.At the same time,the realization of the business function of the information integrated management platform is discussed.Finally,from two perspectives of the information integration demand of the whole process of project construction and the information management demand of different participants,the realization of the information management demand by the information integration management method is analyzed,and the application value of the information integration management method of EPC project based on BIM is discussed through the reconstruction of the information flow model.
