| In order to provide a reliable basis for the structural design of steel-concrete composite hollow floor and perfect the relevant articles of Technical Specification for Cast-in-situ Concrete Hollow Floor Structure, combining theoretical arithmetic and finite element calculation, this article researched the following contents and get the relevant conclusions:With regard to the transverse physical dimensions of the steel-concrete composite hollow floor, this article provides the appropriate transverse physical dimensions of the thin-walled boxes and the ranges of the width of the girt strips which matching the thin-walled boxes. And instead of the rib spacing, the rib width to the rib spacing ratio should be regarded as a parameter to be studied. When the length of the thin-walled box is less than600mm, the ratio should be controlled between0.1and0.2; and when the length of the thin-walled box is more than600mm,the ratio should be controlled between0.15and0.25.With regard to the vertical physical dimensions of the steel-concrete composite hollow floor, this article concludes that as to the common steel-concrete composite hollow floor, the thickness of the hollow floor should be less than500mm; that the thickness of the top floor to the thickness of the bottom floor ratio is better to be controlled between land4; that when the ratio equals1, the stiffness of the section is the biggest; and that the thickness of the top and bottom floors is better to be controlled less than100mm.The increase of the height of the steel beam can control the hogging moments of the sides of the hollow floor. But overall consideration, the height of steel beam can’t be too tall.Because of the transverse-rib-effect, the Young’s modulus of the steel-concrete composite hollow floor magnifies. Relative to common two-way slab, with the same intensity of the concrete, the stiffness of the hollow floor is bigger. So the article suggests that for the common steel-concrete composite hollow floor, the grade of the concrete intensity is better not to be more than C40. |
