The cast is buried in the floor of lightweight construction of permanent-mold process, the concrete pouring, curing molding hollow panel member.Compared with other lower floor structure system, in-situ concrete hollow floor because of reasonable force, the structural integrity of better material utilization is high, flat underside and has good thermal insulation function and the effect it has been relatively good application.Hollow convenient floor cabinets mold construction, is currently widely used is widely used hollow floor.At present, the mechanical properties of the hollow concrete floor is not in-depth study, the lack of a sound theoretical and computational design methods, design and construction of the hollow floor there are still a lot of misunderstanding.This restricts the in-situ concrete hollow floor of this new structure in the form of application to a certain extent. So study the mechanical properties of hollow floor, exploring its working mechanism design theory and scientific method of construction, has important theoretical significance and application value.The main points of this paper is using ANSYS software, to mold hollow floor cabinets were simulated and analyzed, and summarized the design and construction elements hollow floor. On the basis of previous researchers on the paper mainly completed the following studies:(1) With a hollow floor model to calculate the elastic stiffness of the stage and the stage of the ultimate load nonlinear calculated and were compared with the experimental values.(2) The use of finite element software hollow floor finite element simulation model, the experimental results of the finite element results with the calculated results are compared with others, has pointed out that in practice the theory of value also pointed out its shortcomings, and noted finite element simulation of hollow floor with good results.(3) Comparative analysis of the regulations proposed by the built-in, single leakage-type, mechanical performance differences between the three floors of the duplex style.(4) The effects of boundary conditions and structural parameters on mechanical properties of the hollow floor, provide a reference for the design of hollow floor.(5) According to the results of the finite element analysis of proposed design and construction proposal hollow floor of the research results on the basis of others.
