Study On The Relationship Between Weatherability Processing And Material Language Expression Of The Steel

Along with the development of the science and technology, weathering processing technology as the key to solve the problem of corrosion has been used widely in the process of steel materials production and construction . And the change of the material language brings new possibilities for the innovation of architectural expression in the field of architecture. The purpose of this paper is doing some research to find out the material characteristics and processing technology of the weathering process of the weathering steels. So we can find out the impact of resistance expression processing technology on rigid material language.This paper focuses on the treatment of weathering steel material influence on the expression of language, the first part of the importance of materials and technology of building performance research is expounded, the language materials will fall into three specific visual properties as the "shape", "color", "quality". The research of the change of the weathering process of steel material will focus on the above three points, on the principle of corrosion and anticorrosion treatment and from materials in steel of deep layer. The second part is according to the logic of language, the language of material expression is divided into "morpheme", "vocabulary" and "context" in three aspects,respectively discussed the impact of weather resistance treatment between the three of them, and through the analysis of a large number of outstanding examples to help us sort the mining weathering steel the material has the deep cultural significance and help us to master the design and construction of buildings in the level of understanding of material properties on weathering steel were studied, which helps us to design more abundant and reasonable weather resistance steel construction, the material of language expression is significant. The last part is the "grammar" to refer to the principle of weathering steel in the construction of the use of the principle, to provide guidance for the use of materials.
