With the improvement of transmission system load and speed, and the characteristic of engine vibration and noise these years, as one of the main noise source of saloon car, the problem of transmission vibration and noise has become more prominent. Transmission vibration decrease and noise absorption has attacked the attention of more and more automotive enterprises. Therefore, the mechanism research and control of transmission vibration and noise play an important role actually.In this dissertation, the model of automotive transmission as a research subject, mostly from several aspects below to research:(1) Based on the three dimension mechanical structure design softwrae of Por/E, all components of the model of transmission are suppositional created, and meanwhile, assembled in one unite. After that,make a interfere check to the whole assemble, make sure that have no interfere at all, therefore, make a muti-body dynamics analysis through the Adams, achieve the gearbox’s bearing constraint reaction and gear’s contact force,etc.(2) By the finite element analysis software of ANSYS Workbench, make a modal analysis to the gearbox of transmission, obtain the former twenty steps inherent frequency and inherent mode of vibration, and meanwhile, make a analysis of transient state dynamics analysis, receive the gearbox’s transient dynamic response characteristics. (3) Through the professional acoustics analysis software of Sysnoise, based on the former finite element analysis of transient state, via Fourier transform, convert to the data of frequency domain, so that, create the gearbox’s boundary element model rest upon the acoustics boundary element analysis theory, after that, make a evaluation and forecast on gearbox’s radiation noise.(4) By the acoustics analysis software of Sysnoise, make a analysis of acoustics transfer vector for the further research of transmission gearbox’s acoustics face-plate contribution volume.
