Amphibious transfer case is one of the key components of amphibious wheeled armored transmission system,that makes the gearbox output divided into land and water power output,and torque distribution according to the actual situation of vehicle operation,making amphibious wheel armored vehicles to better adapt to water,road and other harsh environments.In this thesis,a wheeled amphibious armored vehicles transfer case as an object of study for wheeled amphibious armored vehicle traveling in the three typical conditions(ideally straight road,cornering or uneven road surface and surface transition sections)of sub-actuators transmission gear theoretical analysis.Using multi-body dynamics software for multi-body dynamics and rigid coupling dynamics simulation analysis and comparison,and water transmission gear structural optimization,make the gear to withstand external harmonic load transmission be more stable.Setting three-dimensional model of multi-body dynamics,the main researches are the three typical operation situations which the amphibious wheeled armored vehicles often run,conducting multi-body dynamic analysis for transfer case gear transmission system.The main objects of researches are the output shaft speed,the engaging force of gears and the output torque,it reveals torque distribution characteristics and differential characteristics during power transmission,simulation results and theoretical values are close,there is less volatility,and the accuracy of the model's reliability and dynamic analysis are verified.Using ANSYS software to build through joint transfer case gear transmission system flexible coupling dynamics model,obtain different conditions of stress and strain in three different situations,after comparative analysis of multi-body dynamics with flexible coupling dynamics processing results,we can see the simulation curve cyclical stronger,so the flexible member to better reflect the actual situation transmission.At the same time,the position and time of the most prone to fatigue damage of the gears are predicted.Reference wind power gearboxes and transmission characteristics of the structure,design and optimization of water calculated transmission gear systems,reduce the overall quality of the structure.Alone on the water around the transmission gear optimization in constant load and harmonic load two conditions were analyzed,optimized analysis shows that planetary gear system in both conditions,simulation values are the smallest fluctuations,the analysis shows the water transmission gear optimized as more conducive to water gear transmission.
