A Study On Lean Management Of A Company’s Maintenance Team

In view of the existing problems in a company’s maintenance team, the study improved the team management by means of IE and lean production, the main research contents were as follows:1. The article described and analyzed the management present situation of a company’s maintenance team. It mainly introduced the crew composition of the maintenance team and the configuration transformation. According to the present situation, it analyzed a series of problems as existing target is not clear, the team leader did not play a role, production equipment maintenance and management did not do well.2. The article researched the team’s objective management based on SWOT. It analyzed on the maintenance team whose goal was not clear, established vision and objectives of the team through the method of SWOT analysis, and goal oriented, corresponding to develop compact practical plans.3. The article researched the lean management of a team based on teamwork and contextual management. To solve the problem of maintenance groups division was not smoothly, it mainly used the teamwork theory, through using the team power allocation optimization and team leader contextual management, to carry out the team’s lean management.4. The article researched the team management based on IE method. It used the5S management method to strengthen the field management of production, improved the quality of equipment maintenance by using the implement standard operation, reduced the defect rate using the exception management method; securest the team’s overall equipment by TPM activities, improved maintenance team members’ proofing ability by mastering the error proofing methods, etc. By using the corresponding IE method, comprehensively enhanced the management level of major overhaul and field management. 5. The management of maintenance team has been continuously improved. The quality management has continuously improved through the QC activity. The state maintenance technology improved the efficiency of the daily work. We should train pluripotent workers to improve the team’s talent pool.
