Research On Management Improvement Of Returnable Packaging In M Automobile Manufacturing Plant

Returnable packaging is the product of circular economy environment and green supply chain's request.As the world's leading luxury automobile manufacturer,M automobile manufacturer has been at the forefront of its related management theory in returnable packaging.The research focus of this thesis is to explore and optimize the management mode of returnable packaging in the M factory by analyzing the existing problems of its management.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background and significance of returnable packaging management.Through sorting out the development and research status of returnable packaging management at home and abroad,the optimization of returnable packaging management mode is taken as the research focus of this thesis.At the same time,the theory of green supply chain,circular economy and returnable packaging management model are summarized.Secondly,taking M automobile manufacturing factory as an example,this thesis analyzes the management status of the returnable packaging in M factory,finds out the existing problems in the existing management mode,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Thirdly,under the guidance of relevant theories,this thesis puts forward some optimization schemes such as standardization,systematization and process reengineering.Finally,in view of the above proposed optimal management plan,put forward the guarantee measures in the specific implementation process.The innovation and characteristics of this thesis are mainly manifested in the following aspects:First,realized the returnable packaging standardized management criteria.From the establishment of standardized standards to the implementation process of standardization have been fully explained,so as to determine the implementation plan of eturnable packaging management standardization.Second,determined the returnable packaging management system construction plan.From the systematic front-end demand analysis to the scheme design in the subsequent systematic implementation process,it solves the opaque problem that all parties cannot grasp the information in a timely manner in the process of returnable packaging management.Third,implemented the analysis and management of key nodes in the returnable packaging management process.Through process analysis and comparison,the identification of key nodes in the existing process is changed by means of process reengineering,making the process smoothly run.Fourth,setting up the key index assessment system in the process of returnable packaging management.Quantification of key indicators of returnable packaging management,so as to facilitate relevant departments to carry out an assessment of returnable packaging management.Fifth,proposed the returnable packaging management safeguard plan.From the onsite management team's building,daily management method improvement,to ensure the stability of returnable packaging management's implementation,at the same time,provides the possibility of continuous optimization.
